Supporting investor relations activities in connection with an IPO, other public offerings and/or private placements

Leading government relations initiatives (representing companies in EU, US and national government aid request initiatives; liaising with heads of EU, national and local government authorities, US Embassies and US government bodies/agencies in furtherance of such initiatives)

When appropriate, taking measures to promote legislative and regulatory proposals which can positively affect the company’s interests or operations
